LVAT Blog 'Fan Video' Contest #1: Rules; Terms & Conditons.

Contest Description

Do you like to make videos on YouTube? Do you like to read about the lives of Hollywood’s Teens & Trends? Do you want more subscribers on your YouTube Channel? Here’s your chance to make it happen! LVAT Blog is hosting a ‘Fan Video Contest’! This contest is open to any and all YouTube users. Through this contest, you will have the chance to win exposure for Yourself & your YouTube Channel! All you have to do is make a ‘fan’ video that promotes our website (http://lvatblog.blogspot.com/) and a celebrity. You can be as creative as you want, as long as you follow the rules! Be sure to read each and every rule, do’s & don’ts, and detail about the contest before entering. You can find all of the information by visiting: http://lvatextras.blogspot.com

Rules

1) Your video MUST be at least :30 seconds long, and cannot exceed 2:00 minutes.
2) Your video MUST include a link to our blog (http://lvatblog.blogspot.com/) on both the video and on the video description box (the box that appears on the right hand sidebar menu of the video once it is posted)
3) Your video MUST include at least ONE picture of a celebrity.
4) Describe what our blog is all about & tell the viewers why they should visit our site.
5) In order to be considered for the contest, your video MUST be posted as a Video Response to the original contest description video, which can be found at: http://youtube.com/user/lvatblog

Do’s & Don’ts

Allowed:
-Your video may include video clips.
-Your video may include music.
-You may encourage people to view/comment your video.
-YOU may be in the video. If you’d like to make your entry in the form of a ‘vlog’, you may be in the video as long as you follow the rules. (You may tell your viewers about us verbally.) You also still must include a picture of a celebrity.

Not Allowed:
-Your video may not bash any celebrity.
-Your video may not bash any other video.
-Your video may not contain any offensive language, images, video clips, or music.
-You may not comment on your own video, unless it is a reply to a comment somebody else posted.

Deadlines

There will be TWO deadlines.

1) The first deadline will be the ‘Entry Deadline.’ This means that once this deadline has been reached, no other video entries will be accepted.

2) The second deadline will be the ‘Results Deadline.’ This means that once this deadline has been reached, views & comments will stop being counted and we will determine the final winners at that time.

Winners

Winners will be notified through the Results Video which will be posted on our YouTube Channel on results day, so be sure to check back!

Winners will be determined by the amount of views and comments your video receives. If one video receives both the most views and the most comments, we will give the second place prize to the video that received the next highest amount of comments, therefore giving the video with the most amount of view the first place prize.

Prizes

First Place will go to the video with the most views.
The First Prize winner will receive:
a) A Feature Story on our site, LVAT Blog, about your YouTube Channel.
b) A permanent link on our blog (sidebar), which will redirect people to your YouTube Channel to view, rate, comment, and subscribe to your videos.
c) We (LVAT Blog) will personally subscribe to your YouTube Channel.

Second Place will go to the video with the most comments.
The Second Place winner will receive:
a) A permanent link on our blog (sidebar), which will redirect people to your YouTube Channel to view, rate, comment, and subscribe to your videos.
b) We (LVAT Blog) will personally subscribe to your YouTube Channel.

*If you would like us to promote a website that is not your YouTube Channel, we can arrange that if you are chosen as a winner and if your website is a legit website with no offensive material whatsoever.
